Why italy?
With family and friends spread across continents, any location would be a destination wedding. We saw the opportunity to both honor the Christofolo legacy and justify serving Zahrrah's favourite meal, Spaghetti Bolognese.
We can't wait to celebrate with you all overlooking the Tuscan hills and amongst the cypress trees!
Where in italy?
Nested in the heart of the winemaking region of Chianti Classico, sits Villa Catignano, a rustic 17th century estate.
We wanted to ensure everyone could stay together onsite, so our guests will be residing across Villa Catignano's main villa, farmhouse and cottages.
Please give us your response no later than May 31, 2026.
Whether you have a plus one or not is reflected on your invitation envelope. We’re keeping this event intimate and won't be able to accommodate extra guests - thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones, but won't be able to accommodate them at this event.
Everyone is welcome to stay onsite at the villa. Please refer to the accomodation tab to secure your room / suite.
We'll be organizing shuttles to & from Florence and Rome for arrivals and departures. The shuttle schedule will be posted here closer to the date. Guests are also welcome to make their own travel arrangements.
By car, the villa is 15 minutes from Sienna, 1 hour 15 from Florence and 2 hours 45 from Rome. The address is: Strada Comunale di Catignano, 25, 53019 Castelnuovo Berardenga SI, Italy.
